Customer Relation Marketing - Hyundai Birmingham West

A unique opportunity has arisen within a local family-run car dealership, Hyundai Birmingham West, Smethwick, Birmingham.

The role responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying sales and service leads generated from the companies DMS system

• To contact service and sales customers on a regular basis with the aim to improve retention.
• To contact service customers after work has been completed to ensure they are completely satisfied with their experience received at the dealership.
• To assist in the sale of service plans and any other ‘upsell work’ as required by the Service Manager
• To log all telephone calls utilizing CRM follow-up on the DMS.
• To help control the company sales and service database.
• To ensure that all company correspondence is printed and presented to high standards.
• Comply with General Data Protection Regulations specifically with regards to the disclosure, storage, deletion and privacy of personal information for both staff and customers.
