Clarks of Kidderminster praised for its 'caring' staff
Kathie Rowbotham, bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara from Kidderminster Motor House back in 2012 but 12 years later, she was looking for a 'tiny' car. Ms Rowbotham and her husband Mark returned to the same showroom a few weeks ago and were greeted by James Shakespeare who showed them a Jimny on the forecourt. He handed them a printout with the details and features of the car and gave them space to book a follow-up appointment to view the car and get a trade-in value for her old vehicle.
Ms Rowbotham, who lives in Cleobury Mortimer, said: "Every member of staff that we came across was so friendly. Whilst waiting for James, a man called Kevin invited us to view and get into the Jimny with no pressure at all. Another colleague served us coffee and I later learned it was the manager called Ashley. All working together in perfect sync, no matter what their title, to take care of their customers."
